Think like a beginner
When you start your work on any plant like styling, cutting , wiring, pinching, pruning, chopping, shaping etc, even a seasoned Bonsai master should think like a beginner. It means that you should think a lot about the shape size, bends for that bonsai. You must never bring in your past experience in this arena and should let your creativity go wild. It is pertinent to create the complete project before starting the execution of it. As is well said by some one “Well Planned is Half Done”.
Work like a master
Once planned, you have to bring in all the skills you have in your bag and let yourself enjoy the process of creation. Even if you a beginner, believe your instincts and give bonsai any desired shape. Do not be afraid of losing. Just believe in yourself and bring out the Bonsai Master in you.DO NOT WORK WHEN YOU ARE MENTALY UPSETPlease do not work on your bonsai ,, or do not apply any treatment ,,, when you are mentaly upset. You must do your work with a fresh a relaxed mind,, and take your own time before applying any treatment like, Pruning, Pinching, Repotting, Wiring, Shaping, and most important is to chopping your plant..........LOVE YOUR ART - LOVE YOUR BONSAIYou must love your creation. Give full respect to your plants. When you see a beautiful bonsai of other person, please admire it and do not compare your creations with any one. You must simple love your creations and yourself too for having created it.
